Role Model Entrepreneurship!

For seven years,  in "Purpose – Culture, Science, Entrepreneurship" magazine we have been promoting enterprising attitude among leaders of cultural and scientific life, including practitioners and theoreticians. For many people, entrepreneurship means mainly "doing the business". For us, this is an attitude which should be developed from the early years of a person. This attitude also enables one to resourcefully manage in the modern world.

The proposed entrepreneurship model is to aid educational institutions, universities, training centers, and non-governmental organizations in planning the training and practical classes devised for people using those organizations' services. The model also shows development paths for high school and university students and for graduates, who are planning to peruse a career in culture industry or in science.

We hope that our model will prove inspiring and useful not only to organizers and managers of cultural life, career advisers, university career centers, but also to recruitment companies and HR practitioners in building a new look at career path of the future culture and science professionals.
